Ingredients

  • Cabbage (pickled) – 2 kg
  • Onion - 1 kg
  • Carrots - 1 kg
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 4 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the onion and carrot, and fry for 10 minutes in oil.

Add the cabbage and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Add sugar, salt and spices. If desired, a couple of spoons of tomato.

Simmer for another 10 minutes and pour in the vinegar.

Roll up the hodgepodge in sterile jars.
