Ingredients
- Sugar - 200 g
- Raisins - 0.5 glasses
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l .
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Sour cream - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix 150 g of sugar and flour. Mix soda and kefir separately.
Combine both masses, mix the dough and divide in half.
Add cocoa to half.
Bake two cakes for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let them cool on the grill and cut them in half again.
Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes and dry.
Beat sour cream and 50 g of sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Smear the cakes with cream, spread out the raisins and assemble the sour cream.
