Something is rarely added to the cheesecake cheese base itself to preserve the airy homogeneous texture. But for my taste, a couple of handfuls of berries will definitely not spoil the situation, but only decorate the dessert and make it even tastier. Try it yourself!
Ingredients
- Cookies - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Berries - 200 g
- Jelly (berry) – 1 bag
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and tamp them into a mold.
Whisk cottage cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth, and gently stir in half of the berries.
Put the mass on the base and put the rest of the berries on top. Put the cheesecake in the freezer for 7-10 minutes.
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions, pour the cheesecake and send it to the refrigerator overnight.
