- Cookies (sand) – 250 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 400 g
- Sugar - 220 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
- Water - 80 ml
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Blueberries - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, melt the butter, mix until smooth and put the base into a mold. Put it in the refrigerator.
Soak the gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Whisk blueberries and a couple of tablespoons of sugar in a blender, and if desired, grind through a sieve until smooth.
Heat the cream, mix with gelatin and boil until dissolved.
Whisk the cottage cheese with sour cream and the remaining sugar until fluffy.
Continuing to whisk, pour in the cream. Then add the blueberry puree.
Whisk again, pour everything on the base and put the cheesecake back in the refrigerator overnight.
