Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 140 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (for frying) – 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will turn out to be more tender and airy.
Add eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar and half of the flour mixed with baking powder.
Form cheesecakes, roll in the remaining flour.
Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
