A simple and delicious Potato cake is prepared without an oven and, in fact, resembles a funny children's game. Ready-made "Potatoes" can be rolled in cocoa, sprinkled with coconut chips or poured with chocolate glaze.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 250 g
- Condensed milk - 150 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Cocoa (powder) – 4 tbsp.l .
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Mint - 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop shortbread cookies and nuts in a blender. If there is no blender, you can crush the cookies with a rolling pin, and chop the nuts with a knife.
Add half of the cocoa powder and mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk condensed milk and softened butter.
Mix the cream and the dry part. You should get a thick mass that lends itself well to modeling.
Form oblong cakes resembling the shape of potatoes and send them to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll the finished dessert on all sides in the remaining cocoa and garnish with mint sprigs.
