Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Nuts - 3 art.l.
- Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Dried fruits - 100 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly rinse and chop the dried fruits.
Heat the honey, but do not bring it to a boil.
Mix all the ingredients, put the mass on the parchment with a layer up to 1.5-2 cm and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Cut the bars into strips.
