Many people's favorite cake can be cooked on beer. No other ingredient will allow you to achieve such a delicate and crispy structure of cakes! There is absolutely no hint of the main ingredient in the finished Napoleon. Rest assured, everyone will like it!

- Light beer - 200 ml
- Margarine - 240 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Milk - 1 l
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 200 g
- Vanilla Essence - 3 drops
- Flour - 5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt margarine in a water bath.
Add beer, sugar, salt and sifted flour.
Knead the soft dough and divide into 10 identical pieces. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Roll out each piece with a thin cake, pierce it with a fork in several places and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 3-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Mash the most fried cake with a rolling pin to the state of crumbs.
In a deep saucepan, mix the eggs with sugar and flour.
Add a third of the milk, vanilla essence and mix.
Pour in the remaining milk and bring the mass to a boil over low heat. Immediately turn off and remove to cool in a cool place.
Add softened butter to the cooled milk mixture. Beat with a mixer at high speed for 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with cream. Also brush the top with cream and sprinkle with prepared crumbs.
