Baked pork ribs can be even tastier if cooked with barbecue sauce. The recipe is not complicated: prepare the meat and smear the sauce several times at the end. Most of the time the dish is cooked in the oven on its own.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Barbecue sauce - 20 ml
- Peppers mixture - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt (large) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs, dry them with paper towels, cut off the films and excess fat.
Rub the pepper mixture in a mortar and mix with salt.
Rub the ribs well with pepper and salt and wrap them tightly in foil.
Bake for 1.5 hours in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Carefully unwrap the foil and continue cooking on convection mode for 10 minutes.
Use a silicone brush to brush one side with barbecue sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the ribs to the other side, brush again and bake for another 10 minutes.
