In fact, the classic Caesar is romaine lettuce, but in everyday life you can use any mixture and salad greens. I suggest you try this hearty and flavorful version with spinach, chicken and fried bacon.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Chicken - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 140 g
- Bacon - 4 slices
- Cheese - 100 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat off the chicken, fry on both sides and season to taste. Cut it into strips.
Separately fry thin slices of bacon.
Boil the hard-boiled quail eggs for about 4 minutes after boiling.
Cut the eggs and cherry into halves or slices.
Put all the ingredients into plates and sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.
Garnish the Caesar with ground paprika and serve with sauce.
