Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and rinse.
Chop red pepper and peeled purple onion.
Mix the onion with lemon juice and sugar. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Separately mix oil, salt, fish sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic passed through a press.
Mix the funchosa, red pepper and pickled onion.
Pour in the prepared sauce, stir and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. You can add greens, seeds or peanuts to the finished salad.
