Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (chilled) – 200 g
- Crab sticks - 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Celery (stems) – 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and peel.
Chop the squid, crab sticks, celery and peeled potatoes.
Place squid and shrimp in a separate bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt and oil.
