- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Mint - 0.5 beam
- Vegetable broth - 1 l
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the garlic and pierce it with spices in olive oil.
Add broccoli inflorescences and pour vegetable broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped mint and herbs, and boil the soup for a few more minutes.
Grind everything together with a blender. As necessary, dilute to the desired consistency with water or broth.
