Popular Japanese miso soup can be made with pork. Such an additive will make the dish even richer and tastier. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised by the original combination of fish sauce, miso paste and fragrant meat!
Ingredients
- Pork - 300 g
- Potatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Miso paste - 2 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Water (filtered) – 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Peel and slice potatoes, radishes, carrots, onions.
Fry pork in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the onion, radish and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
Add potatoes and carrots. Stir and cover for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling water and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Mix miso paste, fish and soy sauces separately. Add a couple of spoonfuls of broth from the pan and stir.
Add the resulting mixture and finely chopped green onions to the soup. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and insist under the lid for another 15 minutes.
