- Peas - 150 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Leek - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight and rinse. Fill with water and cook for an hour on low heat.
Add the chopped smoked meats and continue cooking.
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Fry carrots and leeks in olive oil. After 4 minutes, add the celery and pepper.
After another 3 minutes, add the chili, garlic and grated peeled tomato.
Add all the spices and simmer the roast under the lid for 5 minutes.
Send it to the soup and cook it until the peas are ready.
