It is impossible to resist the aroma of wild mushroom broth after the first breath! I tell you how to properly prepare the ingredients and how much to cook them. And what to do with the broth next is entirely at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Water - 2 l
- Forest mushrooms - 600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the mushrooms from debris, rinse thoroughly and cut into approximately the same pieces.
Boil them for 30 minutes in salted water, put them in a colander and let the liquid drain.
Bring 2 liters of clean water to a boil, send the mushrooms there and boil for another 30 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and fry until golden in a mixture of oils.
Send the roast to the broth, and cook everything together for another 5-7 minutes. At the very end, add spices.
