- Sausage - 300 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and add chopped greens.
Mix everything with sour cream, season as desired and pour the okroshka with kvass.
