Chicken with champignons is one of the most versatile combinations, in my opinion. They can be beaten in completely different ways. For example, in the form of such a beautiful and fragrant soup-puree. I like to add some greens and chopped rosemary when serving.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 300 g
- Champignons - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 2-3 twigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cream cheese - 70 g
- Milk - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender, chop, and be sure to save the broth.
Finely chop and fry the mushrooms with onion and garlic. Add the chicken, pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
Grind the mass with a blender, add cream cheese and spices, and adjust the consistency with broth.
Bring the soup to a boil again, stir and add chopped rosemary.
