In this pea soup, I usually use all the meat leftovers from the refrigerator. Smoked meats, ham, sausages, bacon are used – literally anything. It turns out a very easy and affordable recipe for every day.
Ingredients
- Sausages - 100 g
- Smoked meat - 100 g
- Hunting sausages - 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Peas (crushed) – 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance, fill with water and cook for half an hour after boiling.
Coarsely chop the carrots and potatoes, chop the onion. Randomly slice all meat products.
Send all the ingredients to the peas and season the soup.
Cook for about half an hour until tender.
