Even ordinary soup can be turned into an exquisite dish. To do this, simply cook it from a rabbit. Tender meat is famous for its excellent taste and useful properties. Rabbit soup is recommended to cook even for small children.

Wash the chickpeas and soak for 2 hours in cold water.

Wash the rabbit meat, slice it and put it in a saucepan.

Pour in water and cook for 1 hour over low heat.

Chop celery, tomatoes, peeled potatoes, carrots and onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Pour potatoes, tomatoes and prepared chickpeas into a saucepan with meat. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

Add celery, roast and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and turn off the heat.
