In its composition, pickle is one of the simplest soups. Cereals, cucumbers and root vegetables. Therefore, sometimes I want to diversify it with other ingredients. For example, I suggest adding some fresh crispy celery.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Fig - 80 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the fillet with water and boil until tender for about 40 minutes on low heat.
Send rice and sliced potatoes to the boiling broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the carrots, onions and celery. Fry together until soft. Add the chopped pickled cucumbers and mix.
Add the roast and spices to the soup, and cook until the ingredients are ready.
