All sorts of sprouts have rapidly burst into culinary trends, and remain there to this day. Radish, sunflower, mash – germinate anything. This is a pleasant variety among the usual set of greens, and besides, they are very useful for adults and children.
Ingredients
- Radish - 200 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Greenery (sprouts) – 2 handfuls
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the radish into very thin slices.
Pour boiling water over the frozen peas for a couple of minutes.
Beautifully put the ingredients on plates and decorate with sprouts.
Season the dish with salt and pepper. If you like salads with dressings, ordinary yogurt is best suited here.
