Salads with pasta are very popular in Italian cuisine, and quickly caught on with us. And all because they are simple, fast, affordable and very satisfying. This time I suggest adding juicy tomatoes and smoked sausage.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 100 g
- Smoked sausage - 130 g
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 handful
- Cheese - 100 g
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil pasta from durum wheat. Fill them with oil so that they do not stick together.
Cut the cheese into cubes, olives into rings, and sausage into plates.
Chop the peppers and tomatoes larger, add the Dijon mustard and mix the salad.
Put the leaves of your favorite greens on top.
