- Salad mix - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 170 g
- Squid - 1 piece
- Mussels - 250 g
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the frozen mussels and shrimp for a couple of minutes until tender. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the mint and chili, randomly chop the cherry.
Boil the squid for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and cut into rings.
Mix everything with the salad mix.
