For this salad, I like to use royal champignons the most. It is these mushrooms that are especially effectively combined with red cabbage and greens, not only in taste, but also in appearance.
Ingredients
- Red cabbage - 1 head
- Spinach - 200 g
- Mushrooms (royal champignons) – 350 g
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash, peel and coarsely chop the mushrooms.
Chop the cabbage and randomly chop the spinach.
Coarsely chop the cucumbers and celery, and mix the salad.
Season the salad with olive oil.
