Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish and peeled eggs into small cubes.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Mix seaweed, red fish, eggs and onions.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Place the salad on a plate using a serving ring. You can decorate with chopped protein, caviar and herbs.
