- Pollock - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Italian herbs - 2 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, olives, tomatoes and garlic.
Rub the pollock with spices and put everything in a sleeve, foil or parchment envelope.
Add oil, sprinkle the dish with herbs and chili, and wrap.
Bake the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
