- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - half
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Olives - handful
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until tender.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and salad leaves.
Peel the purple onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Mix chicken, vegetables, olives, salad leaves, salt and ground pepper.
Add the crumbled feta, lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and mix gently.
