- Mint - 1 bundle
- Brown Sugar - 120 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gooseberries with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Add mint leaves and cook the compote for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Let it cool down a little, strain and cool completely.
