Regular onions don't go too well with tender cauliflower. But the leek complements much more harmoniously. To make sure of this in practice, I suggest cooking such an excellent casserole. If desired, add some crackers in the French manner.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Leek - 2 of the stem
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Thyme - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, coarsely cut the leek into rings and put it in a mold.
Sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with spices and herbs, and top with crackers.
Lay out the thyme sprigs and send the casserole to the oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
