Today I will tell you a simple recipe for rabbit pilaf. Tender and juicy meat makes the dish simply delicious. You can cook such pilaf both for a family dinner and for a festive table. Delicious treats always fly away the very first!

Wash the rabbit meat, dry it with paper towels and cut it.

Peel the onion and chop it, cut the carrots into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rabbit meat until golden brown on all sides.

Transfer the meat to a deep cauldron, add cumin, bay leaf and half the water. Simmer for half an hour over low heat.

In the remaining oil, fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.

Pour the roast, washed rice and salt into the cauldron. Pour in the remaining water and cook for another 20 minutes.

When serving, add fresh parsley leaves to the plate.
