Ingredients
- Beef - 2 kg
- Kefir - 500 ml
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into medium cubes and put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion and cut it into thick rings.
Add onion, salt, spices and kefir to the bowl with meat.
Stir, cover with cling film and put in a cool place for 3 hours.
Put the meat and onion on the skewers. Fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
