Baked chicken chops with zucchini, cherry tomatoes and cheese
In the summer I often cook such chops. They are hearty, juicy and at the same time absolutely not troublesome. While the chops are baking, you can cut the salad and set the table. An ideal dish for those who do not have extra time.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Zucchini (young) – 150 g
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes and zucchini into slices.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the zucchini on both sides.
Cut the chicken fillet into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap in plastic wrap and beat well with a hammer.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Beat the eggs lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour and dip them in batter.
Fry the chops in a frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and lay out the chops.
Brush with mayonnaise, put tomatoes, zucchini sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
