Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.

Place in a saucepan, add 750 ml of water and boil for 20 minutes.

Agar-agar mix with 150 ml of warm water and put aside for 15 minutes.

Rub the soft fruits through a sieve to get rid of the peel.

Mix the resulting puree with sugar and citric acid. Boil on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add the billet with agar-agar, boil for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Put the hot mass into the prepared molds and put it in a cool place for 3-4 hours.

Remove the marmalade from the mold, cut into pieces, put it in clean, dry jars and close the lids tightly.
