Ingredients
- Peaches - 1 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peaches into halves and put them in sterile jars.
Cover them with sugar and pour boiling water over them.
Sterilize the jars in a pot of water for 15 minutes.
Add citric acid and roll up the compote.
