  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the apricots, cut the fruits and cover with sugar.

Leave for a couple of hours or overnight.

Bring the mass to a boil and boil for half an hour on low heat.

Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterilized jars.
