Chicken with oranges is an amazing combination for every day or for a festive table. It's not even necessary to use an oven for this. Especially if you are not cooking a whole carcass, but just chicken legs.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 6 pieces
- Orange - 1 piece
- Orange juice - 1 glass
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Brown Sugar - 0.3 glasses
- Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Orange peel - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix orange juice, zest, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sugar and spices.
Marinate the chicken legs for a couple of hours.
Fry the legs in a frying pan until browned.
Pour in a little marinade, add orange slices and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
