Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread the pork in a thin layer, beat off a little and rub all the spices on both sides.
Grease the meat with oil and mustard, spread out the garlic plates and roll up a tight roll. Wrap it in foil.
