- Steamed rice - 2 glasses
- Shrimp (cleared) – 300 g
- Green peas - 1 glass
- Bell pepper - half
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 of the clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 4 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the peeled shrimp in a colander and rinse with boiling water.
Peel and slice carrots, garlic, onion and bell pepper.
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" program.
Add carrots, onions and fry until golden brown.
Add bell pepper, garlic, salt and ground pepper. Cook everything together for 5 minutes.
Pour in the washed rice, pour in warm water and close the lid. Cook for 20 minutes on the "Porridge" mode.
After the beep, add the green peas, shrimp and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Insist the finished dish under the lid on the "Heating" mode for 10-15 minutes.
