Kugel is one of the simplest, hearty and versatile dishes of Jewish cuisine. It is based on noodles, and for variety and flavor, I suggest adding some more greens and cheese. An excellent choice for a large family feast.
Ingredients
- Noodles - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the noodles, grate the cheese and finely chop the greens.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, eggs and spices.
Mix all the ingredients, put them in a mold and bake the kugel in the oven at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes.
