Cucumber salad for winter without sterilization with vinegar

If you are engaged in canning, do not forget to prepare a cucumber salad with vinegar. It's surprisingly simple and fast. No sterilization, prolonged cooking and other complex processes. To taste, you can add a little hot pepper or ginger.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cucumbers, peeled onion and garlic.
Mix the vegetables in a deep saucepan, add salt, spices, oil and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Put the pan on low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, mix gently and remove from the stove.
Put the vegetables in clean, dry jars, roll up and leave for a day in a warm place.
