The problem with many puff salads with cod liver is too faded appearance, which is not always good on the festive table. This recipe with bright boiled carrots and fresh cucumbers definitely does not suffer from such a disaster.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 300 g
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 2-3 pieces
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and carrots, cut into cubes.
Boil the eggs separately, peel and chop.
Finely chop the onion and mash the cod liver with a fork.
Lay out a layer of potatoes and smear with mayonnaise. Top with cod, green onions, cucumbers and mayonnaise again.
Then – carrots, some more mayonnaise and chopped eggs. Decorate the salad.
