Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the boiled squid, mushrooms, peeled eggs and onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and mushrooms and fry until tender.
Mix squid, eggs, avocado and fried mushrooms with onions.
Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
