Very simple at first glance, the salad with tuna and string beans turns out to be very original in taste. I add different cereals to it according to the mood. Rice or bulgur, boiled to al dente, is best suited here.
Ingredients
- Bulgur (or pic) – 60 g
- String beans - 100 g
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Mint - 2 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the bulgur or rice and let it cool down a little.
Mash the tuna as finely as possible with a fork, season and add crushed garlic. If the tuna is in its own juice, add a little mayonnaise or oil.
Chop the string beans arbitrarily and boil for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and garnish the salad with mint leaves.
