This salad is very convenient to cook, because literally everything that was in the refrigerator goes into it. Vegetables, olives, olives, greens, chicken – all this together gives a wonderful result, which it is impossible to refuse. I advise you to sprinkle it with sesame seeds, seeds or chopped nuts before serving.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes (or cocktail) – 100 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Olives - 1 handful
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Lemon - 0,5 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chicken on the grill or in a non-stick frying pan until browned and randomly cut.
Cut purple onions into feathers, cucumbers into halves of circles, and cherry – just halves.
Add the salad leaves and mix all the ingredients. Add olives and pitted olives to the same place.
Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, and season to taste.
