Are you trying to eat right? Then prepare a healthy salad with shrimp, grapefruit, avocado and quinoa for lunch. Pre-boil the grits for 15 minutes in a small amount of water and put them in a colander. The rest of the steps are described in detail in the recipe!
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled) – 12 pieces
- Quinoa (boiled) – 300 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Grapefruit - half
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Grapefruit juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Parsley (for submission) – 3 twigs
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the boiled shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with grapefruit juice.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel the purple onion, garlic and finely chop.
Peel the grapefruit from the peel, films and break it into small pieces with your hands.
Chop two sprigs of parsley, leave one for decoration.
In a large salad bowl, mix quinoa, avocado, grapefruit, onion, garlic, shrimp and parsley.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and garnish with the remaining greens.
