Without sugar and butter, you can make a delicious diet sour cream. The recipe is simple, but some nuances still need to be known. For example, that the finished cake cannot be removed from the mold until it has completely cooled down.
Ingredients
- Flour - 220 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Stevia - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Stevia - 1 tsp.
- Corn Starch - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, stevia and salt, beat with a mixer.
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and knead the dough.
Pinch off small pieces of dough and put it in the prepared form. You should get a blank with high sides.
In a separate bowl, whisk the sour cream with stevia and vanilla.
Without stopping the mixer, add all the eggs one by one.
Add the starch and whisk everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the resulting mass into a mold with a dough and smooth it out.
Bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees. If the top starts to burn, cover it with foil.
Do not remove the finished cake from the oven until it has completely cooled down.
Decorate the diet sour cream with berries and mint.
