- Butter - 370 g
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Jam - 200 g
- Gelatin - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crush the cookies into crumbs, add 120 g of butter, mix and tamp the base.
Whisk cottage cheese with powdered sugar, remaining butter and lemon juice.
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions and mix with jam.
Put the curd mass on the cookie base, pour the jam and send it to the refrigerator overnight.
