Cheesecake is the perfect PP dessert for those who count calories. This time we will prepare a low-calorie version, which you can enjoy yourself and your loved ones without worrying about the figure. Nothing complicated – just the right choice of ingredients!
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 500 g
- Sour cream (10%) – 200 g
- Sugar substitute - 1-3 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Apple juice - 50 ml
- Ricotta - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the oat flakes in a blender and mix with apple juice in such proportions that you get a plastic mass for the base.
Put the base in the mold.
Whisk all other ingredients until smooth with an immersion blender.
Pour the curd mass onto the base.
Wrap the cheesecake mold in foil, put it in a bowl with water and bake in the oven for about 75-85 minutes at 160 degrees.
Let the cheesecake cool in the oven turned off slightly and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
