I share an excellent recipe for banana-cocoa pastille. It is prepared without sugar, because the fruits themselves are quite sweet. If you belong to the sweet tooth, you can add a couple of spoonfuls of honey. Dessert will turn out very tasty and healthy.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and puree the bananas in a blender.
Add cocoa and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil.
Lay out the banana puree in a layer of about 0.5 cm and smooth it out.
Dry in the oven for 8 hours at a temperature of 75 degrees. I recommend keeping the door ajar.
